The phone comes with a 6.6-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of pixels. Itel A05s is powered by  quad-core Unisoc processor. It comes with 2GB RAM and extended RAM of upto 4GB . The Itel A05s runs Android 12 (Go Edition) and is powered by a 4000mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Itel A05s on the rear packs 8-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor.
